BMW and MINI crashes when loading - force reboot

    Recently updated vehicle coverage and device. When launching BMW and Mini from the main diagnostic menu, the tablet lock up after clicking OK in the error message pop-up window. 

    Error Message:
    Unfortunately, MaxiSys has stopped.

    Have not heard back as of date of this post:
    Date: 2019-11-02

    My workflow is backing up without the ability to scan BMW and Mini Cooper. I need help ASAP please.

     You need to send them and email or if possible call them but, if you are exacting them to reply you here on forum they will not do that mate..........

    If within update period, you need to delete BMW, and Mini Apps, then shut down unit and remove rear cover and install a new 32gb Sandisk micro SD card in the respective SD card slot,  restart the unit and see if the external SD card is seen and mounted. Redownload BMW and Mini software. It should then install on the ext. SD card.
